Funds sure help in such efforts. We are recommending $5/family.
Please drop off your cash envelopes to 19404 Shubert Drive.
You have permission to open the mailbox and insert your cash envelope. Make sure you put your name, address and email address on the envelope.
You should see a YES appear next to your name signifying PAID (in the Google Doc - see below - CASH RECEIVED BY COMMITTEE COLUMN) eventually

T&C conditions are very simple - we are just protecting ourselves from any liability in case anyone is hurt or has a food-poisoning incident or any such calamity. Please review the PDF doc below. Your presence on August 18th implies that you have read through and agree to these terms and conditions. No further action needed.

How do I RSPV? Via the Google Doc.
Click on RSVP and fill your information in the Google Doc that opens up
You just need to enter your information (Name, Address) and hit CONTROL-S to save.
You are automatically assigned food item, based on the row you fill your information (just scroll to the right to see what food item you should plan to bring) There is NO submit button.
Also - please don't overwrite other cells of the spreadsheet. Only enter your information in a new cell, hit Control-S and kill the window so that information will not be entered into the spreadsheet by error.

Remember to label your food container and any serving utensil. Do not forget to bring the serving utensil.
Mark your calendar for August 18th (4:00pm to 6:30pm).
- Plan to pay the early bird admission fee $5/family, before July 31st
Please drop off your cash envelope by July 31st to 19404 Shubert Drive to help our committee with the planning and preparation. Drop it in the mail box (it is secure and locked). On the envelope put down your name (include all members of your house planning to attend including the kids (if any)/ address/ phone #/ email) - Get involved and sign-up for a volunteer position ; we need all the help we can.
If you are joining our party, you get to bring one of the following choices to feed 10 people – we take care of the rest.
How easy can it get ? When you put your name in the google doc, you are automatically assigned on of these categories.

Desserts
Vegetables / Fruits/ Salads
And very important – please bring a chair for each member of your home who is planning to attend.
We will have limited circular tables and chairs seating for our seniors.
So it would greatly help if you bring your own chairs. Bring your own favorite non-alcoholic beverage too.
FYI – Our city permit for the block party does not allow alcohol served at our neighborhood events)
Also – mark each serving container with your last name, and also have a card that describes the dish to be placed next to your dish.
